Opinions on B-Grade GTX 560ti-448 for gaming?

Hi,
I have my eye on this GPU, it is a B-grade (I know that is either used or repaired), GTX 560ti-448 cores edition. Would this be good for games like Skyrim, GTA4, Battlefield 3 and such maxed out or near maxed out at 1080p? Dice recommends a GTX 560ti for ultra settings. And this uses the same GPU core as the 570?

Yes, I have a 560 ti and i can run most games on full settings and in your case the 448 cores will only help. As long as its paired with the right CPU you want have any problems, its a very nice gpu. It does have the same GPU as the 570.
