An ASUS motherboard (sabertooth X79) windows 7, Realtec audio onboard, no soundproblems untill installing second MSI GTX 660 graphic card. Have already tried to disable the extra HDMI sound devices and installing the original drivers but nothing works. Only HDMI from the graphic card to the monitor. But I want me headphone-sound back

Check your sound properties - likely got switched to your video card which does sound as well.
