I would change the MAC address of your adapter, it is very easy and often fixes the problem -- download and run THIS free program. It will save your old MAC address. Just change the MAC address and then restart your computer and then select your wireless network once it has discovered the available wireless connections, re-enter your security key and check the connect automatically box.
