AMD Phenom II 965 X4 Be No OC
Ram 4G
Psu 550 Antec
Win 8.1 Pro 64x
Laste vga driver

I have 61 fps but not stable on mediam set @1080
no Vsync
no AA
No AA post

iits drop fps from 61 to 32 on 3 maps
like Flood zone and shngahai

I Forgot
The Campgin Working on Ultra @ 1080 With Soild 55 Fps

Any help pls ?

The fact that you have a 7850 and are playing 1080p BF4 is amazing in itself. I'd expect a consistent 50-60fps on maybe Medium settings. I know your AA is off, which will help tremendously; but still I'm not sure how you are getting those high numbers. I really doubt them .

You're hitting a CPU bottleneck, BF4 multiplayer is extremely CPU heavy, and a Phenom II X4 is going to have trouble with it, especially at stock clocks. Your options are either overclock your Phenom II, with adequate cooling 4 GHz should be achievable. If you don't want to overclock, you'll have to get a new CPU, and probably a new mobo too, I don't think your motherboard supports the newer AMD chips.
