HD 7970 Crossfire low fps BF4

I have got a problem with my 2 HD 7970's.
But first of all, here are my specs:
CPU: i7 3770k @3.5Ghz
Ram: 16Gb @1600Mhz
Motherboard: Asrock fatal1ty b3 p67 professional
2x GPU: Sapphire HD 7970 OC Dual- x 3GB


In BF4 I get around 40-50 fps in ultra settings @1080p. lowering the quality doesn't effect the FPS at all, do not know why. I have installed all the latest of the latest drivers and checked if my Crossfirebridge was ok. Also I switched the cards from theire lanes. So the bottem card is now the top card and vise versa. Please help me, because I want to enjoy this game soooo bad.

I would be glad if this problem is solved.

I'm still not able to check what load is on my GPUs while in game, but I like to point out that I have had a 5-7 minute bf4 experience with frame rates around 90. I forgot what driver I was using, it was 3 days ago. Maybe this is helpful.........?????

I'm guessing you have windows 7.

I have Win 8.1 with CF 7970s and an FX-8350 4.3ghz (OC). I'm getting an average of 70 fps, the lowest I ever get is 60 flat. Sometimes it drops to 45 for a sec but goes back up quickly

EDIT: its 58-60 fps when its theres hectic action
