New rig or upgrade video card and ram

I am looking for a better gaming experience with BF4 and COD: Ghosts, not looking to top FPS but just to be able to play at max settings at a fair FPS (30). Here are my current specs:

CPU: Core i7 920 at stock and not looking to OC
RAM: 6gb
Video: GTX 560ti

I was thinking of upgrading RAM to 12gb and video to GTX 760 and wait a couple of years to replace the whole system but I am unsure if the CPU will bottleneck the performance of the video card? or if the upgrade will be good enough for the upcoming games 2014-2015?

Thanks in advance for your advice!

Yeah . .. there is no need to build a new rig. Your CPU is perfectly fine. I would just upgrade. You dont really need the extra RAM - but it would be better. I would get a AMD Radeon 7970 instead of a 760 though.
Radeon 7970: http://www.amazon.co.uk/XFX-Radeon-Edition-GDDR5-Graphics/dp/B006VX52Q2/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1384099691&sr=1-1&keywords=7970

Thanks for the replies. The 7970 and 280X seem like the way to go, I will see what comes available for black Friday. It is good to know my current system still has some juice left in it.

Don't worry about CPU bottleneck, there are many videos on youtube that show benchmarks how all the latest AMD and Intel CPU's dont bottleneck in gaming. FX 4350 - I5 4770k only 3 fps difference (average)
Your RAM is really ok, 6gb, its ok, I got 8gb ram, I play BF4, Max Payne 3, WoW, Crysis 3 on max settings and I dont think I've ever exceded 60% of my RAM. 12gb of ram wont be faster than the 6 gb ram you got. The RAM is just the space where your PC "stores" some stuff, so spending money on ram even if you are not using all of the 6gb of ram that you allready got is just wasting money.
My advice would be, spend the money that you saved on sticking by your 6gb ram on a better GPU.
Check ebay or amazon for some "older beasts" like the HD 5790, HD 6990, GTX 590. You can find stronger cards that give more FPS for less money.
Hope this helps bro!

This, the GTX 590 is still a beast for many games today!
