I'm looking into overclocking my CPU from 2.4Ghz to near 3Ghz if possible.
I've never overclocked before and can't afford to make any damages.

Pretty much my system is a Dell Optiplex, with 230w PSU and I just need a little more power.It has a few fans in it that blow out the front, usually very cool. Would i be able to handle the amount of overclocking I'm looking for?
I paid 250$ for this system (minus the GPU i bought years ago) can't afford to break it xD. Where would i start? I heard there was a program that can safely overclock intel processors also.
