Ive used a tritton for around about 3 years now just an old one and im thinking about upgrading to an astro a40 or a50 i dont know what one though. if you know any other headsets better than these for around 200-250 tell me. i need a crisp gamin headset for an advantage in game.

An A40 if you don't need wireless, and A50 if you do. Or a Steelseries Siberia V2/Corsair Vengeance 1500 if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg.

I bought the G930's about 6 months ago. They fit nice and sound alright. HOWEVER I have had a few issues.
Firstly the dongle dock went. It wouldn't charge at first, and then decided not to power up at all so I had to use a spare cable to charge and plug the dongle directly into the PC. The batteries don't last 10 hours at all. I'm constantly recharging them and most of the time I just leave the cable plugged in. And lastly, my dongle has decided to drop out at random times. Usually when I'm raiding.
I am now in the same boat as you. A40's or A50's.... I think I am going to go for the A40's as they have a wider frequency range, are a little lighter, and the mix amp is pretty awesome. I'm sick of the problems that wireless headsets seem to come with.
On the other hand, I like that the A50's come with a headset stand, and that they run on a 5.8ghz. But if the headphones die then the whole set is basically useless.
