Hi I own a Mid-2009 Mac book Pro with 64g Internal SSD storage.
I recently installed a second hub in my computer and put in a 1TB HDD. Both are SATA.
The problem is if I want to install new software, it requires me to install it into my SSD because
that's where the OS is installed. Unfortunately due to the limitations on storage, it can no longer fit any more inside. Is there any way I can "merge" these two into one so I will have one 'Hard Drive' with a total of 1064 GB? Or if you guys know any other options, I would be more than grateful to hear them. Thanks!

OS: IOX Maverick
SSD: SAMSUNG 470 Series SSD Media 64GB
HDD: HGST HTS541010A9E680 Media 1TB

No, you can't. You could upgrade your SSD or you could follow a tutorial such as this, to install your programs onto another drive:
