Hello Experts,

I am building an Intel rig for around 400-450 USD. I will only use it for basic word processing and web surfing. I will not play any games.

I do not need an OS license, as i have already purchased Windows 8 Pro, so it will not count towards the budget.

Do you guys have any recommendations?

I did notice how you said you wanted Intel, however at a budget I believe it is always best to go for AMD. Please keep in mind that AMD is a good respectable company.
