Hey,
So, recently I installed Ubuntu on a second hard drive on my computer. My HDD configs are the following: 2xSeagate Barracudas in RAID 0 (windows) and 1xSeagate Laptop drive which was laying around(ubuntu). I'm totally new to linux and have close to no experience with it. Therefore, I'd appreciate a very detailed guide on how to go about setting up the dual boot for my PC. Also, just on a side note, for some odd reason when boot the Ubuntu drive, and then when I restart my PC, my RAID array breaks, and when I restart my PC a second time, it comes back online.
Many thanks,

Solution

Hey, thanks for the response!
So, I looked at that link, and though it says that a good alternative is installing both operational systems on different disks (which is what I did), I don't know how to go about doing that, and also I couldn't find any help that was "understable" for me.

sorry I'm late to respond.
Install boot repair and run the default. see if that fixes you up, it should.
