Hi All,

I've had an Alienware X51 for a year or so now and decided to replace the case and a few other things because it was having heating issues. At the moment it has the stock nameless motherboard, the stock ram, core I5, Gtx 660 ti SuperClocked Evga,BitFenix prodigy case, etc. I'm going to have around $1100 to spend in the next few days and wanted to upgrade everything I can. I'm pretty set on the Asus Impact motherboard as it looks the best for the price, but my main question was what combo would be best for someone using the computer for mostly high end gaming, school work, etc. Of all the parts I was thinking on upgrading I want to add an ssd, new motherboard, new cpu (old one not compatible), Ram, and MAYBE graphics card. What would a be a good combination for all this on my budget, and is a graphics card worth upgrading over say I7 cpu and instead getting I5?

Thanks for the help,
Billy
