Hello people. This PC will be my all purpose computer for everyday use, and of course heavy gaming. I am not interested in SLI or Crossfire, which is why I've chosen motherboards without them so it's much cheaper, but still has all the standard features of high ends boards.

I have £720 guaranteed, but might be able to push it to £750. But regardless, I believe this is the best possible stuff you can get for each component. I def want the NZXT Phantom Case, love at first site so that ain't changing.

I just want to be able to play games High Settings (don't have to be max, but still high settings) at 60 fps 1080p, having 80, 100, or 300 fps don't bother me. So which one you guys think? Also about no CPU cooler with Intel build, I will be able to get one anyway a week or so after.

Simple answer, the AMD one. With that h100i you can overclock that thing really well. The 7950 is also faster and comes with games.

but dont buy that msi board. it has low quality vrms and they even dropped the fx8350 support. for a nice overclock, you will need a 990fx board

Between those two builds, the Intel is the better one.

An H100i doesn't add to anything on the AMD build because that motherboard is basically crap. You need at a minimum a 990FX series board to get stable overclocks (at least a large enough overclock to make a difference) on the AMD CPUs. They simply require too much power for the lesser boards to deal with under loads. Their VRM's simply aren't up to the task of supplying the power needed for an overclocked FX 8xxx CPU.

I also vote for the intel build

The H100i is a good cooler don't get me wrong. But the fans that come with it aren't going to be balls to wall fans. I replaced the fans that came with my H100i with Noctua NF-F12 PWM fans. Which doe help with the temps but even so you don't need something like a h100i if you aren't aiming to overclock a ton.

And if you intend to not overclock at all you can go with a cheaper i5 and save a little their and still be better off then the 8350.
