Corsair makes GREAT cases.

In fact, I have the Corsair 750d. I actually just replaced my NZXT Phantom 630 with it, no regrets, at all. It has a massive tinted window, which looks epic. It's 20$ over your budget, so that could be an issue but if it's not it's definitely worth it. Here is a pic of my build, great use of the window.
