First Gaming setup $750 budget

This is my first pc gaming setup. I don't know much about the parts and stuff but I want to build my own because I've heard its cheaper. I made this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/20fnif but I don't know how to lower the price.

Approximate Purchase Date: Within 3 months.

Budget Range: $700- $750 (no higher than $750. Period.)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing the web, and watching movies.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: RAM

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: None

Location: Minnesota, USA

Parts Preferences: I don't care.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Your Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024 should be ok but if you recommend a different resolution I might change it.

Additional Comments: I don't have a lot of money so it would be nice if I didn't have to upgrade anything but maybe RAM for a while.

Why Are You Upgrading: I am on a really bad laptop right now and I can barely run minecraft on low settings and LOL on low settings (they both get about 20 fps)

I must say this build can handle 1080p gaming at high/ultra

But the problem is that the $750 needs to include a monitor.
