Ok so here is a picture of how its set up currently

Now my issue is my 2 side exhaust fans, i feel that with them being exhaust that the GPU will be fighting to pull in air (2 intake fans on the gpu) or am i just thinking too much? and if i do need to make those fans intake is 1 exhaust fan enough?

You want the side fans as Intakes for the best cooling solution but you will need to put dust filters/mesh on them or your case will get dusty as heck. Usual setup for best air flow and cooling in most setups is Intake front bottom and sides and exhaust top and rear.

in my case i have evga gtx770 sc and corsair h80 cpu cooler fitted in front where is dvd etc. as intake, down bottom noctua f12 fan intake and back noctua f12 exhaust since i dont have option as you for a fan next to graphic card (which i would like) i would use it first as both exhaust. my case gets HOT! with this card. but you should test it try as exhaust then try as intake and take your temperature notes from both. that will give you idea how to set it :)

I'd also say convert them to intake, but personally I just live with the dust. I put filters on my fans and it cut their efficiency so drastically I just ended up removing the filters and throwing them away. Having said that I try and keep my P.C. as quiet as possible and so I have multiple fans all dialed down as low as they'll go.

...but yes, all my components are covered in dust.

Edit: Try and make it as much like a wind-tunnel as possible. Push-pull. High pressure for the input, high volume for the output.

@onehans1982 got a good news for your ,the economy edition have the same side panel except that you could put 2 fan in it manual page 5http://www.sharkoon.com/sites/default/files/ddblock/nid-1815/images/manual_en_12821.pdf so if you could get this panel be great .
