Hi all, I'm looking to upgrade to the following specs (primary purpose: gaming):

i5 3570k
Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H
GTX 770

I've decided on this motherboard considering what is available in my country and from a value (price/performance) perspective. (The UD5H is 50% more expensive than the UD3H, which I didn't find to be justified.)

However, I cannot decide on which PSU to buy. These are the options that I am considering (from the limited products I can buy here):
Corsair GS Series - 600 W
Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold - 550 W
Cooler Master GX2 - 650W

These are all priced at the same level (base price) - although there's a 9% premium on the Silent Pro Gold.

Would the Silent Pro Gold 550W PSU suffice if I want to overclock to, say, 4.5-.4.8Ghz with that processor and motherboard and to power that demanding graphics card? It is the one I want to get, as it is uniformly high quality and appears to be highly recommended.

The next tier of PSUs that are available are as follows:

Corsair GS Series 700 W - 22% more expensive than the base
Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 650 W - 34% more expensive than the base
Cooler Master GX2 750W - 20% more expensive than the base

So what's your recommendation?

This is taking into account the intention to overclock the processor on that Gigabyte UD3H board, yeah? Because the poster above you would rather I go with the extra 100W.

Yes here is an overclocked I7 system running a single GTX770 total system load never exceeds 400watts http://anandtech.com/show/6994/nvidia-geforce-gtx-770-review/16

if the silent pro gold 550w were priced the same as the gs 600.. considering max usage is 400w on a overclocked system.. wud'nt the 550w be better (considering its high build quality n gold rating) n save electricity too??
