Downgrading from windows 8 64bit to windows 7 64 bit

Hi all I want to downgrade from win 8 to win 7. However It only has an option to do a clean install and I don't have a external hard drive so i have no idea what to do.
I have a hp g5460uk with 500w psu and GeForce GT 630 installed.

I'm kind of new at this PC things so go easy on me plz

First of all the downgrade is ab bad idea. Upgrade to win 8.1 instead and get used to the new functions. If you really want to downgrade, you need a proper product key (license) for win7, a win7 DVD for the installation and the win7 drivers from the HP support homepage. You don't need an external disk.

my windows 8.1 isn't legit so im worried about getting caught and I aint got a key and I have bought a win 7 disk with product key but when I downgrade my data will be wiped
