This is my first post, though i have been reading on tom's for a while, anyhow, i'll get to the point :

I have a eVGA gtx 780 /w acx, and i'm having issues with it, mainly rattling noise at certain RPMs, and it seems to be a recurring problem with some users ( see 780 fan noise eVGA forum), So now i can either RMA and get a brand new 780, or get a refund and get another card, and i'm think about getting ASUS 780 with DCII.

The reason i went with eVGA was for the awesome warranty and support from what i've heard, and i've also heard of bad expériences with ASUS RMA and consumer support. So could you please help me in what you think i should do, i just want a good GPU , and noise and heat level are important for me since i use this with a HI-FI stereo and the pc is built in a HTPC case (fractal node 605)

I'm also open to other GPU suggestions, my budget is around 600$,

My spec are

GA-Z87X-UD4H
intel 4770k
g.skill 16gb 1600mhz
Samsung pro 250 gb ssd

If possible, see if you can't exchange/RMA your unit for another EVGA GTX780 except with a titan type stock cooler.
I have found mine to be exceptionally quiet. In particular, the direct exhaust type cooler does better in a small case where you want heat to exit the case asap.
