core2 and i3 use different sockets and therefore would not be compatible with eachother
additionally, core 2 typically used ddr2 while i3 uses ddr3.

thnx i undrstand now i want a ddr 3 ram 1600 supported max 8gb
motherboard which can go with my intel e6400 core 2 duo processor
and what processor should i upgraded to i3 is bit costly for me

even a ddr 3 board that would support your e6400 wouldnt support i3.
also, motherboards supporting core2 and ddr3 are probably considerably overpriced at this point. the hardware is obsolete.
your best bet is to get a new cpu, motherboard and ram all in one go.
if you are having problems finding something in your price range you might consider looking on ebay for something from the sandybridge generation.
