Battlefield 4 low FPS question

Hello,

I'm playing the new Battlefield 4 on my homebuilt computer at I've noticed that when I play, I only get 20-40 fps on 1920x1080 with Ultra-settings, and with the lowest amount of Antialiasing. Vsync is never on, and I've tried to set the options to Low-settings, but I only get 5-10 more FPS...

This is my setup:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
Videocard: Gigabyte GVR787OC-2GD 2GB Crossfired
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4 GB
Motherboard: GA-990XA-UD3
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

OBS! Nothing is overclocked

Do you know what is likely causing the low framerate?

This is a misconception. I use Win 7, and I have no performance issues. Try installing the latest video drivers.

I've done that, and it increased with ~10 FPS. I fully updated Windows 7, which increased the FPS with an additional ~5 FPS, but shouldn't my gear be able to pull atleast 60 FPS as minimum?
