evga gtx 780 3gb or Sapphire R9 290X 4GB ?

Hi there i was gonna buy this week the gtx 780 but when i saw the preview of Sapphire R9 290X 4GB
I becom a bit confusing i dont know wich one is better for my pc this is the pc

Grab the 290x, though wait for non reference designs with better coolers.

the 290x is faster. As said above, stock AMD cooler is noisy , get one with a good cooler.

oh really i see infact if its noisy i prefer the gtx 780 it will be better coz i dont like nois

I just got a 780 Lightning, but only because of the price drop and I didn't want to wait for the 290x cooling solutions to come out because I needed a whole new GPU now. If you're playing on the higher resolutions the 290x for sure. But my 780 runs amazing, stays cool, and makes very little noise.

r9 290 is only 5% slower then r9 290x
only cost 400$

ah i see i was thinking and i decide to buy the gagabyte gtx 780 ti its a bit stronger than
R9 290X and it dosnt make too much nois

Why are you replying to a thread that is 6 months old? And 780s dont have "noise issues" it seems like your friend is a fanboy trying to sway to his simplistic way of thinking
