Can I used PC3-12800 and PC3-10600 together? RAM question

My system currently says I can use both PC3-12800 and PC3-10600 but I am not sure which is currently in use. So I'm wondering if I could use both at the same time without issues. Any help would be amazing!
Also I dont know how to change timings of RAM either

Ive found that I have PC3-10700, can I use 10600 with it? From what I understand itll only use whats universal in all the sticks so it should run fine i think
