I saw this deal yesterday when went shopping for motherboard across the webs.

It is a great deal for such high end MSI z87 board. The seller seems unreliable though with only 63% of positive feedback. And I can't find any contact information (email, phone,...) of this seller listed.
So should I take my chance and order it? What do you think? And, let's say if this transaction is real and no fraud happened, I got the item for this cheap, would I still be able to get a 3 years warranty from MSI? I am so torn now, half of me wants to get the deal, another half still worry if bad thing may happen
