I dropped my mouse on my laptop keyboard and my screen went black. How do I get it back on?

The key combination is usually FN + F5, just look for the F number button that has a picture of a screen on it and try to see if that works.
Given that you only dropped a mouse on it its not likely to be any hardware/software issues.
EDIT: Most laptops also require you to be in windows before the FN combo works so make sure you're booted.
