how do i connect more chassis fans to my Motherboard as it has only 1 slot for 3 pin fan. My Motherboard is asus A85XM-A

Something like this item sold at Newegg might be helpful, this gives you two connectors from one motherboard connection. You may find one that splits and gives you more. Heres a link.

If it has a four pin connector available, you can use that, the guide pin will be in the right place. There are dozens of adapters out there to let you convert a standard 4 pin Aux power connector into multiple 3-pin fan connectors or adapters to convert the single 3 pin you have into 2 or more fan connectors.

Yes it does, and keeps the fans at the same RPM.

These give you a cheaper option with the ability to connect more fans..but I think it connects straight to the power supply, which means the fans connected to these will be running full speed all the time. Some fans have a lower rotation speed at full volt so this setup works for some people (if noise is an issue). Any fans you use a splitter for on the motherboard will be controlled by the temps in your case

The 4 Pin Aux power connectors come from you PS and you should have at least 4. There are also lots of front panel 5 1/4" Bay adapters that will give you 4 to 6 fan speed controls and temp sensors too!!!!
