The computer will run well (a lot better than on the built-in A10 graphics), but the CPU will hold the video card back from it's best performance, so the answer is yes to both your questions.

will there be a large bottleneck or just a small bottle neck?

Depends on the game and how high you put your settings at. Here is a Skyrim benchmark with the same video card on an A10 and an i3, http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/a10-6700-a10-6800k-.... As you can see the i3, although one of the lower end Intel CPUs, outperforms the A10 by a lot in a CPU heavy game.

But a different game gets the exact same ratings http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/a10-6700-a10-6800k-...

Same answer, depends on the game.
If you want a video card to match the A10 in roughly the same speed category, a 7770 is probably the highest you need to go. But then if you have a game that runs on the A10 fine but wants more video power you will be held back by the lower end video card.
