I'm using Linux Mint 15, and I was watching youtube videos. Most videos work perfectly fine, even in full screen. There are some though, that are unwatchable in fullscreen, and only fullscreen. When they're not fullscreen though, they're just as smooth as any other Youtube video can be.
I also don't have flash, so disabling a specific flash plug-in is out of the question.

Here are some specs:

CPU: Phenom II x4/6 1045t @ 3.4 GHz
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333 MHz
GPU: MSI Radeon 6950 2GB

Never mind, I fixed the problem. I'm making a response in order to close this thread, considering I couldn't find a way to delete it myself.

I guess flash is built into Chrome, so it was in the plug-ins, just not on top, so I had to scroll down and find the right one to disable.

This worked for me:

1. Go into a new tab, and type "about:p lugins", press enter.
2. To the right it says "+Details", click on it.
3. Scroll down until you see "Adobe Flash Player" in bold letters.
4. For me, there are three files. In the "Location" it says something different for each one:

/opt/google/chrome/PepperFlash/libpepflashplayer.so
/usr/lib/adobe-flashplugin/libflashplayer.so
/opt/mint-flashplugin-11/libflashplayer.so

I chose the one that said "/opt/google/chrome/PepperFlash/libpepflashplayer.so", and clicked "Disable" on it.
