For the past while I have been wanting to build a computer. I have researched, studied, asked, wondered, dreamed, day dreamed, ate, pooped, and thought about computers. And I need a gaming one badly. I am currently running a HP Pavilion G7 laptop, a dual core APU from AMD, and 4GB of ram. And it is time for a upgrade. I am looking to play these games on high/ultra settings:

League of Legends
World of Warcraft
Guild Wars 2
Left 4 Dead 2
Team Fortress 2
Portal
Portal 2
Minecraft

I am also looking to continue my youtube channel. But on my computer right now I cant record with Fraps or Dxtory (I bought both of them) with more than 15 FPS. And I cant render my intro a buddy made for me with the videos. I am also doing this computer for a school project. I am looking to play all these games a 1920x1080 Asus 23" monitor. I think I have the right build for my budget, which is very low, a budget of $450 minus the HDD, Case, and Optical Drive. I am planning to take the OS off my laptop and put it onto my PC when built. Also take the HDD out of my laptop and put it into my PC so I have all my data and some extra storage. Here is the build:

AMD Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/IAmMatt907/saved/2Ftc

Intel Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/IAmMatt907/saved/2FUE

I am also looking to stream a bit of League of Legends on twitch with OBS. Please help a fellow human out by giving me tips, or different builds that will give better performance for the same price.

The reason the builds are under $450 is because I need them shipped to Anchorage Alaska, 99507 for $450, and those builds can do that.

Other parts:
NZXT Source 210 Black ATX Mid Tower Case
Seagate Barracuda 3D Galaxy HDD 500GB (Don't know the RPM)
Standard Samsung optical drive

You will need to reinstall windows. You cannot simply move the HDD. You won't be able to use the windows that came with your laptop because it is a single use key tied to the computer. You can still use the HDD but you will need to reformat it and reinstall windows. \

I would get the AMD build. but changed a bit: PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($117.97 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard ($54.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($56.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card ($129.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($19.99 @ Microcenter)
Total: $379.93

I have a small problem with the build above, I like it, but the parts I can only order from are Amazon and Newegg, I don't know why, but my computer will not load any other PC pages.
