Here is some BF4 Beta footage with the 270X, keep in mind that this was Beta, so the current game should be more optimized, and the 270X will have improved drivers for BF4 by now. And when Mantle API is implemented into BF4 next month, it should get even better. So I'd say about 45 FPS on average at 1080p ultra.

I'm not so sure. I was getting in the 50s with my two HD 7970s in CF at Ultra settings. A single R9-270X won't be able to touch that.

Was that after the game release? And at what resolutions? 7970s in CF should easily destroy that game.
