Phenom II 965 be vs FX 4130

I have a Phenom II 965 be at 3.8 and was curious as to how it might compare to a more recent chip like the fx 4130 or perhaps the 6300? does the overclock bring it near par? or is it simply too dated to match up?

but against the FX6XXX's its a landslide? I think i want to head in the direction of the 8XXX series for my next upgrade anyways, but i figured if my little old 965 could match up i shouldn't bother; but it looks like its time to retire it, with CPU intensive games like watchdogs on the horizon.
