Hey guys,
This is my first build idea. From the research I have done I feel pretty comfortable with my choices. I first started with building on velocitymicro.com and thought that I might be able to do it better and more cost efficient. My velocitymicro build was $1654.00. With this build my overall price is $1316.59. My only concern is that the memory I have chosen is 1.65V and my CPU is a 1.5V.. How big of a problem is it that? I have surfed some of the forums on here and found someone who has the same cpu/memory combo and nobody really red flagged his idea. Any information that you guys could give me would really help.

CPU: i5 4670k - 239.99 (OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 45.0 CFM Fluid Dynamic Bearing CPU Cooler (22.99)
Motherboard: msi-z87-g45 gaming - 149.99 (Newegg)
Memory: Trident X 8gb RAM 2600 - 81.99 (Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Black 1TB 7200rpm- 87.99 (SuperBiiz)
Graphics: Gigabyte GV-n770OC-2GD GeForce GTX770-334.99 (SuperBiiz)
Case: Cougar SolutionAF-2 ATX Mid Tower Case - 49.99 (Newegg)
PSU: Corsair RM 850W 80 PLUS Gold Certified - 159.99 (Microcenter)

Thank you for your time

You need 1.5v RAM. That RAM is stupid overpriced. Get 1600mhz RAM. It will perform the same.

650w is plenty here. There is no need for any more than that. 850w is pointless.

I'm sorry. That is a mis-print. the ram actually costs 81.99 on newegg. And the reason for the over wattage is for future expansion to the system. Am I still over reaching even with expansion in mind? Could you provide an example of some better RAM? I also realize that the timing for it is a little high 10-12-12-31.
