I want some advice so I don't overspend. I'm not gona give all the specifics on my comp but I have a GTX680 and can basically get all my money I spent on it back through a program im in. I spent 479.99 on it so upgrading to the GTX780 makes sense.

I play WoW 50% of the time, the rest of the time I play games like BF3...soon to be BF4, and many other games like it. I use one 1080p monitor and do not plan on using more than one in the future.

I want to play my games at max graphics with high frame rates. Will a 780 be enough for me? Should I get an aftermarket 290X? Should I dump the money and get a 780ti?

Hoping for some good feedback, I do not want to upgrade for at least 2 years after this.

Thanks in advance for your time!!

Well the GTX780 would be a nice upgrade for the money, the more money you spend the less return you will get for the spent dollar. At single monitor 1080P you really don't have to upgrade but if you get all that money back why not.

I hear the 290X takes advantage of a technology that BF4 employs, which would easily let you play at max settings no matter what. The GTX680 is a hell of a card as well, I don't even think you need to upgrade.
