I'm trying to buy a laptop for an online college student. I need to know which processor is better for her purpose... the AMD A8-4500 M or the Intel Pentium 2117U? I also believe that it is better to have 6 GB DDR3 than 4...correct? Specifically, I am comparing the Asus S500CA to the Asus K55N-DB81. Another question, is it better to have more 2.0 USB ports or 3.0? Thank you for your help.
