HDD cloning issues please help

so i have this pc running on Windows server 2008 release 2 and i am trying to find a program to clone my hard disk so that i have a second bootable back up hdd. but i cant find a free program to help me. Suggestions?

I personally would just use the Windows 7 Backup feature and set it to create a disk image once a week automatically. you can use that image to restore the image to a new hard drive.
