I have my Os loaded on drive C:/ and then a second internal HDD on D:/ That is the 3TB. I had some files on it and I wanted to shrink it to create a new partition. I was expecting unallocated space after the shrinking but there was nothing. It became about 700GB left of 3TB (that's how much I shrunk). I used all these softwares and tools to try to get it back and I read forums and nothing worked. My 700GB went to 30Gb after I tried formatting it. I have no clue whatsoever on how to reach full capacity again.
HDD isn't full capacity after shrinking volume and formatting!
