I'd have to say the fx-6300 is the best bang for the buck in that price range, but the fx-6350 is a great choice if you don't want to overclock at all.

If you want something with a bit more kick than the six core amds, there is the 8320 for around 160.

It is worth considering as it does do a fair bit better in games than the six cores for just 10.00 more than your budget. It is definitely worth a look with games coming out that are finally utilizing all 8 cores now.

In the end the choice is yours, and the 6300/6350 are quite nice cpus.
