I want to upgrade my graphic card for play the games like battlefield 4, call of duty ghosts.
But I have a low specs old system. My system specs are following.
CPU C2D 2.6 GHz (E7300)
Motherboard Intel D946 GZIS
Ram 4 GB DDR2
Graphic Card GeForce 9600GT 512 MB
Hard Drive 1TB Seagate 7200 RPM
Power Supply 450 Watts (not sure about brand)

I have had played the old version of these games on same PC (Battlefield 3 and COD blackops2)
But since the new ones are the heavier so I am unable to run them smoothly
Can you guys suggests me the graphic card that can run on my PC?

Solution
No I wouldn't recommend that unless you are going to upgrade your whole system. The E7300 will bottleneck a 650 Ti in most modern games which are CPU intensive, a 760 on that setup would be a waste of money right now.

If you are going to overhaul your whole system then a decent card would be worthwhile.

What about the GTX 650Ti 1 GB. It will cost me around 150$, as I am living in very hot country that can cause over heating the AMD Radeon card.
Another quick question can I use higher card like “GTX 760 2GB 256-bit” on my current PC?

Might as well go 650ti boost superclocked, only a few dollars more and would be worth putting in your next comp, getting a 2nd with your next comp will give you killer results and you will enjoy having 1 on your current setup for a while

If you're going that path check that your PSU has enough amperage on the +12v rail (24A recommended for a 650 Ti Boost)

Here's a build you could consider in future
