is it possible to add an external graphic card on a laptop by pci cable in wireless card shocket...?

It is technically possible, but it would cost twice as much as the card, plus you have to have external power to the card and the slot itself is flimsy. Would highly recommend against it, even if you COULD make it work.

can u pls list the parts for this setup......and how it perform As my laptop has dual GPU hd3000 (intel) and redaon 7450m both are basic cards with core i3 @2.10 Ghz
is an external card boost some performance on Gaming

It might boost a few fps, but most cards wont work on the external PCI lane as it is pretty primitive.
