hello..i'm using dell inspiron n5010 and when i play videos the image of the previous scene will lightiy appear on the screen!

hello..i'm using dell inspiron n5010 and when i play videos the image of the previous scene will lightiy appear on the screen!
also when i play it in vlc it will stuck many times and takes time to load..please help me to fix this!
