Simply put...do I need to upgrade my PSU or is my current unit sufficient?

yes it sure is, you could replace the 760 with a titan and you still would be good, although i recommend seasonic parts.

Actually 500 seems good. You can go for performance improvement or the modular approach. CX is the builder series from corsair. You can go for AX, HX or GS depending upon what you need. Otherwise 500 looks fine for this arrangement.
