Can I run Battlefield 4 on Ultra and still get 60FPS or higher?

CPU: i7-3770 @3.4GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 2GB
Memory: 8GB of DDR3 @1600MHz
Motherboard: Intel® Desktop Board DZ77BH-55K
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Resolution: 1920x1080

Solution

BF4 is still being optimised, right now you will not constantly have 60 fps , but you will average 60fps with a 760 when it is optimised. It is very similar to BF3

I don 't think so , with my gtx 680 and i5 3570k I was able to hold 60 fps at ultra most of the time, So you might not be able told 60 fps :(
the weird thing about Nvidia cards that is my game runs perfectly on ulta even at explosion an intense parts, fps goes down when there are close faces lol .. does faces need more power than explosions and stuff ?

Simply put no. The CPU is fine but the 760 just wouldn't be enough. Although you would still be gaming on High-Very High np at all. Honestly, not a real noticeable difference between Ultra and High (Visuals). Although performance there is a big change.
