Whenever I touch the metal frame(where hard disks are mounted) inside my case, I can feel a continuous tingling sensation. It feels like some current is flowing through it. Even when the computer is completely off, I can still feel it.
I wonder if this is the reason that my new hard drive failed after a couple of weeks.
Is this normal? and, What can I do to stop it?
