Looking to buy everything ASAP today - so looking for 3-4 different ideas on a build from the experts!

=

I am looking to put together a gaming desktop... the system will be used for 99% Counterstrike 1.6

I do take my gameplay very seriously and sometimes go for stretches of 100+ per week for months on end.....so I need a system that will play the game flawlessly...

I need to achieve 100fps at all times

I am looking for something with an Intel I5 and something that would work well with the ASUS VG248QE gaming monitor.

Parts not required in build cost: keyboard, mouse, monitor, or speakers

Budget range around $800, give or take with OS.

I am in the USA, Thanks!

$800 might be cutting it close, but you're in range. I'd recommend the following:

ANTEC One Gaming Black Mid-Tower Case, ATX, No PSU
COOLER MASTER GX 650W Power Supply, 80 PLUS® Bronze, ATX12V 2.31 EPS12V, 2x 8/6-pin PCIe
ASUS Z87-K, LGA1150, Intel® Z87, DDR3-2933 (O.C.) 32GB /4, PCIe x16, SATA 6Gb/s RAID 5 /6, HDMI + DVI + VGA, USB 3.0 /2+2, HDA, GbLAN, ATX
INTEL Core™ i5-4430 Quad-Core 3.0 - 3.2GHz TB, HD Graphics 4600, LGA1150, 6MB L3 Cache, DDR3-1600, 22nm
CRUCIAL 8GB (2 x 4GB) Ballistix Sport XT PC3-12800 DDR3 1600MHz CL9 1.5V SDRAM DIMM, Non-ECC
EVGA GeForce® GTX 650 Ti 928MHz, 1GB GDDR5 5400MHz, PCIe x16, mini-HDMI + 2x DVI
SEAGATE 1TB Barracuda®, SATA 6 Gb/s, 7200 RPM, 64MB cache

The mentioned config would be in about the $800 range give or take, even being custom built. A good blend of quality, performance, and price. No OS or optical drive, but you do not necessarily need an optical drive these days.
