yes true - as we said, you dont need expensive CPU with APU (integrated graphics) if you buy dedicated video card. Buy cheaper CPU and spend that money for better GPU like GTX 660 or better.

the a10 6800 CPU is basically the same athlon 2 x4 without the APU (in performance terms, dont know about the cores). And costs like 54$ less.
Here is a comparison of the two CPUs: http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/176/AMD_A10-Series_A10-6800K_vs_AMD_Athlon_X4_750K.html

You will be better of with cheaper CPU and better GPU in gaming for sure.

What would you suggest for under $90 then?

The video card seems strange. Either ditch it coz the APU A10-6800K has decent GPU built in or upgrade to a better GPU. And if you are buying an external GPU you could find a different CPU with better performance i think. Because this CPU to my mind is used in small systems where you usually dont buy additional GPU. Or you buy this when you on tight budget and add GPU down the line when you have money.

What is your budget - we could help build better one.

I think you could build smth like this for the same budget and ti will outperform your build:
Intel® Pentium® Dual Core G2030 3.0GHz 3MB LGA1155 BX80637G2030SR163
Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3
Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 4GB DDR3 CL9 KIT OF 2 CML4GX3M2A1600C9B
OCZ ATX 2.2 CoreXStream 500W
Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD7770 1GB GDDR5 PCIE 11201-17-20G
Seagate BARRACUDA 7200 1TB SATA 64MB ST1000DM003
SAMSUNG DVDRW 24X SATA BLACK SH-224DB/BEBE

Could you tell me your whole budget so I can remake you a parts list? Your cpu does not go too well with your build since it specializes in having its own decent graphics in it. You could save some money at the cpu and buy a better graphics card.

Here is a build I recomend to alot of people. Just throw in the most expensive graphics card you can afford and your good to go.

I think that is a bad build. Your putting money in places where you can go for cheaper like in your cpu and motherboard
