Asus. Why? It's simple. Way, way, way quieter then all the others. Doesn't sound like your case is a helicopter and its gonna fly off. And Asus are for me, the most durable cards, comparable only with Gigabyte and Sapphire.

So many to choose from!

That is my problem! :)
I have no idea which is best as I'm no GPU Pro.

Whole test here:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/radeon-r9-280x-third-part...

Shows sound ratings/overclocking and performance.

After having my 560 Ti DCU II, I would go for Asus without question, I have it set at 37% fan speed which is very quiet and it still keeps the GPU cool enough in games.

Thanks for all the information everyone! :)
I have narrowed it down to two different cards The ASUS one you all recommend and the MSI twin frozer. Unless you guys change your mind or seriously advice not to get the msi or the asus it will probably be one of them.

If you are left with two of them write up the pros and cons with each and pick the key points that are important to you.

I am or was at least in your position. I went with the Asus for the sound/fan performance. The reason being is that my gaming rig is my Plan-B to my workstation in case I fuck up the render and work in general. I render over night so having a silent card helps keeping my beauty sleep during long renders.

I'll look up both cards in more details very soon. Thanks for the tip.
