My Configuration of new pc

Processor: AMD Quad-Core A8-Series APU A8-5600K with Radeon HD 7560D

Motherboard: Assus F2A55-M LK PLUS (whose specifications says - Integrated AMD Radeon™ HD 7000/8000 Series Graphics in A-series APU )

OS: Windows 8

and I have one Graphics Card from old pc : nVIDIA GeForce 210

Will adding above nVIDIA card from old pc to this new pc make any change in graphics performance?

Solution
Dont listen to OfficialChe, he is clearly not understanding what you are doing.

No the Geforce 210 will be lower performance than your APU's integrated graphics. Use the integrated graphics and throw the GT 210 in the bin.

So are you saying adding nVIDIA GeForce 210 will improve my graphics performance?
I am not going to buy a new card. I have this extra. As both AMD integrated and nVIDIA won't work together, I'm asking which one is better among these two
