Hi. I'm planning to get a new Motherboard. But I'm REALLY confused if I'll buy another one or keep it.
My MoBo is:

ASUS P8H61-M LX3 Plus R2.0

And my CPU is:

Intel Core i5-3470 @ 3.2Ghz

Well there is really no reason to change since you have a multiplier locked CPU. Performance will be the same with different board.

What do you mean, "Multiplier Locked CPU"?

And I also plan to increase the RAM upto 16GB. And, will it fit the CPU Cooler, Cooler Master V4 GTS? Coz I'll get one in christmas or in 2014. And, will it support the R9-270X?

But the bad thing is, it doesn't scan our WiFi Connection. So whenever I use the internet (like today), I still need to unplug the Ethernet Connection from our Router to my PC.

And, whenever I overclock my RAM, it fails. I don't know why even though it supports overclocking upto 2200Mhz (but I only overclock it until 2133Mhz which, like I said, it fails).
