I was going to buy a 1080p monitor from flipkat too. And my monitor budget was same as yours. I Considered each and every one of them and came to a result that Dell one will be better, as it has a really nice service in india and you are going to be able to get the most of that monitor at less price.
But then I considered buying from amazon.com And bought an Asus monitor which was even better than the dell one.
But buying from amazon.com is a bit different, because we have to first open an US bank account. So I think that you should buy from flipkart as it has best service in India and buy the Dell monitor, which I had first thought of buying, and which is better than else which you mentioned.

But the Dell monitor doesn't come with an HDMI cable, (don't know about DVI) so as soon as it arives check if it has a DVI cable in the box or not. Don't use the VGA cable as it is nowhere near DVI or HDMI. If you do a bit of gaming, go for the DVI cable.
BTW I have ordered many things from flipkart and they all arrived before two days of ordering, so your case is likely to be the same.
Again go for the Dell one.

Newegg does not ship to India but Amazon does. But again, as I said You will not be getting cash on delivery service in India from amazon. You must have an US bank account and as this monitor also get manufactured in India you will also have to pay the Taxes if ordered from amazon. So I say go with Flipkart right now.

The Dvi would be better as it is more advanced, although there's not much noticable differnce between HDMI and DVI. But you game a lot, so DVI will be better. If the monitor comes with DVI cable then don't buy an HDMI cable. But if the monitor comes only with VGA cable, I reccomend to buy a DVI cable rather than HDMI cable.

Yes DVI will be better as it is more advanced. Go first see if you get the dvi cable in the dell monitors box. If it doesn't come with dvi, then sure buy one but don't use VGA cable. Got for it!

You should have mentioned that before. If you have and hdmi cable then don't bother buying a DVI cable. HDMI will do the job nice and there's not really a noticable differce between hdmi and dvi at 1080p res. I only recommended dvi over hdmi because it is more advanced and gives just a bit crisp image than hdmi. So you don't need to buy a dvi cable if you already have an hdmi cable.

Yes surely get the dell one. As considered to other monitors it is the best, performance and price wise both. Aur waise bhi dell ki service India mai acchi hai, to koi problem ho gayi to monitor ko replace bhi kardenge. Go for it!

Do't expect any problem from dell in India, It's one of the best companies in this country. I said just in case if there's a problem it will be replaced without a doubt. And you might not even need to come here as dell's service in India is great. Message me if you wan't any help or is there's a problem.... Happy 1080p Gaming!
