I bought a gtx 680 at may, now i think it is underpermorfming, becouse i remember that at the beginning bf3 at ultra settings went 70-120 fps and now it is going about 50-100. I have done a benchmark with "novabench", i saw that my GPU' s score is about 1000, and i saw another benchmark where the same GPU's score was 2000.I hold my pc stat very clean and i have installed latest drivers. I know my graphic card is dusty, but apart this whic problems could underperform the GPU.

Could be a "glitchy" driver. You should have kept on using the driver that it had when it was performing okay instead of updating it.
Updating drivers is not compulsory you know, they should be left alone if they are working okay.
